What data I collect when you contact me, why I need it, how long I keep it, and how you can access or delete it.
1. Who processes your data
The controller is MARTEN MEDIA, obrt za promidžbu, vl. Marta Ivić, Zubovačka ulica 25, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, registration number (MBO) 99322404. For any question about your data, email info@marten.hr.
2. What I collect
When you use the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number (if you enter it) and your message. When you email me directly: your address and what you write.
Like any website, the server processes your IP address and browser details so the site can reach you and stay protected from attacks. If you accept analytics cookies, data about your visit is collected as well (see section 6).
3. Why I need it
I use your enquiry only to reply, prepare an offer and, if we work together, run the project. The legal basis is taking steps before a contract and performing it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not send newsletters and I do not sell data.
4. How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as we work together, and invoices and contracts for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Who else sees it
Only the services the website and email need to work:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection for the form)
- Google (email for marten.hr)
- Resend (delivery of messages from the contact form)
- Google Analytics (visitor statistics, only with your consent)
I have data processing agreements with them. Some process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, restrict its processing, or object to it. Just email info@marten.hr. I reply within 30 days.
If you think your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or to the data protection authority in your country.
